Thank you for choosing to book with boholtourism.com. We look forward to welcoming you to Bohol. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
The price includes accommodation (unless alternative arrangements have been made) and VAT. Price are subject to change with prior notice.
Car Rentals and Transportation Conditions
Tour Package does not include transportation, it is billed separately you can either choose to have your own transportation or book our rental services we offer cheap packages including a driver see Rentals Page for conditions and route destinations. Both car rentals and Vans have their own driver and all rentals are only good for a specific hour mentioned on the Booking Page, excess per hour is 5 USD.
Sorry, some hotels, Pension houses or Rent houses do not allow pets. By special request and arrangement we will need to communicate with hotel management first before confirming if this can be allowed.
Booking Confirmation & Deposit:
Books are made through paypal and other credit card service provide, reservations require a 50% deposit and must be made 2 weeks prior to your date of tour.
Deposits can be paid by credit card over the phone or cheque sent in the post (please make cheques payable to BoholTourism.com Paypal account here paypal.me/kathrynsy or through a Private account).
All bookings are confirmed by email, letter or call.
Please make your cancellation 14 days before your tour date other wise a 20% of your deposit will be non-refundable under any circumstances and 100% of the total amount if you cancelled a day before. By making your booking with Boholtourism.com powered by BoholTourism.com Our agreement is a legal contract. Call us or email us the soonest time possible should you wish to cancel so we can refund your total amount deposit.
If you need to cancel please contact us immediately.
For cancellations made up to 14 days before your booked stay you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations made after this time, or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance. We will exercise this right at our discretion.
If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, less a 10% administration fee.
If you need to cancel your booking due to adverse weather conditions or exceptional family circumstances we are happy to transfer your booking to another date if at all possible, without loss of your original deposit. Please contact us to discuss.
Also, promo rates are non-refundable.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Pick up and Drop for guest with hotel or any type of accommodation arranged by BoholTourism.com are available from 12PM on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Hotels, Pension house or rent Houses may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time. However, you may drop off your bags and collect your room keys at an earlier time by prior arrangement if any.
It is much appreciated if you will notify us of your estimated time of arrival (a telephone call on the day before or morning of arrival is fine).
Late arrival procedure
Please ensure you contact us to let us know if you will be arriving late, and your new estimated time of arrival.
Our rentals are available to you from 8:00 Am to 7:00 PM, please make sure to always book a week in advance for emergency bookings you are urged to call us the day before. Should you choose to cancel your rental schedule please make sure you inform us a head of time other wise a cancellation fee of 10% will be charge to you if you cancel rental schedule 13 days before the given date, you are also urged to make your cancellation 2 weeks prior to the given date.
Payment can be made through booking an invoice will be sent to you after payment has been made; we take cash, bank to bank, paypal or cheque.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
